"I have been in the refrigeration business for 18 years. Over that time I have installed close to 100 walk-in boxes of many different brands and variety. US Cooler far exceeds the quality and expectation of any brand on the market. Justin and Taylor are amazing to deal with and produce a quality product. Not only are my customers happy, but myself and the technicians are happy with the ease of assembly."

"I spent $28,000 installed for a US Cooler walk-in freezer in 2018. I was told by the installer it was the Cadillac of freezers. Since then, I have paid almost half that amount in repairs to keep it up and running. Two scroll compressors, bad electrical, bad fan motors, you name it. I had our contractor out two weeks ago to fix the electrical issues ($1200) and today the SECOND scroll compressor went out coming to a grand total of $4350 to replace it. In February, $800 for a bad fan motor in the evaporator and another $800 charge in December for the same thing. This doesn't include the first bad scroll compressor and the previous electrical issues in 2019 and 2018. Maybe I got a lemon, but I don't think it's worth the risk to find out."

"We bought the cooler for our coffee shop a little over 2 years ago (28 months) and the compressor went out. The good news is it was under warranty; the bad news is they will not pay for the work that it takes to replace a part that is under warranty. Does that make sense? $Over 1,000 later and a few weeks and the cooler still doesn't work. I don't understand why we have to pay for service being done on a part that is under warranty. We wouldn't have to pay anyone if the cooler was reliable."

"Horrible place to pick up a load. Units are NOT on pallets. Shipment is usually not ready on the specified appointment time "due to manufacturing issues" (tells you about quality of their product), then 1 hour later they say "mix up with the order" - which gives you the idea they don't really do very good planning. If you do come here, keep the broker's number handy and keep updating them of their lack of progress. Remind the broker of HOS regulations. No carrier or driver should sit in their parking lot for 4-5 hours wasting valuable time. You'll come here once and trust me, you'll never want to come here again."

"BUYERS BEWARE!!! Had walk-in cooler delivered. When installed the installer showed us leaks due to faulty welds/soldering (had to pay to have it repaired), it's broke down several times the first year in use. Came with a 1 year warranty that is worthless! US Cooler said someone else was responsible the other company that built the refrigeration said US Coolers is responsible. It's been a yr of back & forth with no one taking responsibility. Then I'm told my warranty has now expired and I was not reimbursed a single penny from what I shelled out to have this $10,000 piece of garbage repaired. I spent almost $10,000 for a new piece of equipment that has broke down numerous times in the 1st year and then all the headaches that come with having your main cooler down. Wish we would have went with Tafco as we had in the past. Much much better and more reliable company. Never again US Coolers."
