Mack was really helpful and friendly, very straight forward. We ended up purchasing a Maytag dishwasher to replace our LG and have been so happy with it. The dishes are cleaning so much better, it’s a quieter machine, looks nicer. Mack was really informative and will definitely go back to Quincy Appliance."
"Terrible customer service and Brad is absolutely no help in picking out your appliances as you have to look everything up at home because they have nothing in store to look at. We are new in the area and tried to use local stores but they just want to give you poor service and no selection. I would not use them again and will just go to the box stores."
