"This location should be shut down immediately... every time I go there, they either mess up the order, give me bad food, or both...the last time they gave me an old stale sandwich, and tonight they told me I had to wait for fresh tenders, and they gave to me half cooked!! I hope i don't get food poisoning from the couple bites I took...not only that the beans and rice I got smelled rotten...10.99 meal and I threw it all in the trash!! Close this place or get some competent people!! Go to the one on rt.20 at the Truck Stop...the service and food is much better."

"Just ordered their two piece chicken and chicken sandwich meals. Asked for blackened ranch with it, didn't get it. But the worst part is that it became within the first bite that they cooked with bad oil. Made all of my order inedible and it took 30 minutes of guzzling liquid, and rinsing with mouthwash just to get the taste and feeling of oil out of my mouth. I will NOT be returning to this location ever."

"Order was wrong. When I brought food back to counter and showed receipt, lady took food away and went and gave it someone else. (Unsanitary) Waited longer for my correct order. While waiting I notice the girl that was filling orders was snacking on food at the same time.(Unsanitary) When given my order the 2nd time it was still wrong. All employees were very rude. Almost wish I just asked for money back instead of waiting for food."

"Huntley Popeye’s was a great location to get our chicken. Not sure why others graded it low but they do have a new manager now and things were great when we went. We were greeted as soon as we got in the door by the staff. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order and the Manager Dan made it easy for us by asking and suggesting certain packages and add ons. We ended up getting the spicy 8 piece mixed chicken box. The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. They have a new hot sauce called Buffalo Bayou that is really good with this chicken. They still have the traditional hot sauce too. It was nice seeing everyone working as a team helping one another at their stations too! All employees were enthusiastic and provided excellent friendly service. Everything was packaged nicely and put together fast!"

"I decided to go to this one on my way home instead of the one in Rockford where I was working. Made a big mistake. They advertised that they were open until 10pm and even let me order on the app. I showed up at 8:10 for my pickup time and lo-and-behold the door was locked. Saw someone go to the drive through and figured they were only doing drive through. When I pulled up I waited a little bit and someone said they were closed. That was a shame. Waste of time Update: I went back to this location and found out that they are closing at 8pm now. They need to change their google business to express this and have the website not let you place orders after 8pm. Very faulty system. With that being said, I came before 8 this time and actually got food. The food quality was good and the service was acceptable nothing amazing. I bumped my rating up to a 3 for that."
