"I went yesterday around 6:30 and the workers were very rude and didn’t help us, it was two females. The whole time in the store they didn’t greet us and ignored us while continuing to converse with each other even though we’re the only customers in the store. Once we decided to go to a different store because we weren’t getting help one of the workers got up from sitting on the ground and started dancing which I felt was rude when she hid the whole time we were in the store and needed help."

"I came in to buy a pair of platform high top converse. They didn’t have them available in store and going up a half size was too big. I orders them and they took forever to get delivered. I told the clerk multiple times what size I wore. I go to return them they didn’t have them in store and then told me they’re not available online then suggested another pair in a size too big. In ordered them online elsewhere for a higher pride which is absolutely ridiculous. STOP TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE SHOES THAY DONT FIT… If I wanted the half size up I wouldn’t have asked for the specific size I did. Also, how does a company just not have something available to order but I was able to get it elsewhere!"
"Stopped by with my son to buy a Christmas present. Terrible customer service. The store was packed and the two employees were just standing behind the register not helping anyone. When asked about a shoe size, my son was told they might have it, but we would have to pay cash. Clearly, they didn’t want to get the shoe size, so we left and bought elsewhere."
"Went in with our 4 year old for a pair of tennis shoes. Weren’t really sure what we were looking for, so the sales associate Hope grabbed the one style we wanted and then three other options too just in case. She was so nice and patient with my daughter as she was trying different styles on and even tried showing her how to tie the rainbow laces she got. She is WONDERFUL and got it to where my daughter left the store in the shoes she got. She is amazing!"
