"I was buying a pair of sneakers and the other shoe for the sneaker was out for display, with that being said the display sneaker had stains on it. I was told the stains should wipe off. From a business aspect that pair of shoes should have been discounted because of this they were 170.00 dollars and I wasn't paying that for a faulty pair of sneakers. Customer service was terrible"

"The store was full of kids working and playing around. The shoes was giving to us in a ziplock bag not a shoe box. The soles and shoe strings was yellow and the shoes was bent up like they were underneath something. I didn't even purchase them. Davenport ,west kimberly location"

"Been in this store 3 times for holiday shopping. The same girl each time waited on me and seemed aggravated she had to help customers? Most recently went in to “exchange” an item purchased online. Had a 4 inch section on the legs where the seem was missed. I wanted to return them and get the same pants, but they weren’t in stock in the store. First she tried to say we bought the pants for $15 but it was actually 75. Had to argue with her a little bit even though we had the order right there on our phone but she didn’t want to look at it. Finally did then just returned my money even though I wanted to order the same exact item. She couldn’t have done that for me? When I was in there a few weeks earlier they didn’t have the shoes I was after but I was able to order them and have them delivere right there in the store. Now I’m sitting here playing the waiting game for my Money to be returned to my card so I may reorder the gift for my daughter. Will not be back"

"I had a horrible experience at this location. I’ve been given the run around by the store manager name Tracy. I came up to the store 3 times regarding my issue with my son’s defective shoe. My son only wore the shoes for a week and this is how they look. She leaves earlier than her shift and don’t take customers concerns seriously. She is very unprofessional and has an aggressive, angry attitude. I felt this tone as well while conversing with her on the phone. She will need a refresher course on her communication skills because that’s totally unacceptable to treat customers like this! I will never shop here ever again and I wouldn’t purchase anything at this store location because the store manager leadership is horrible and ignorant. She should not be store manager at all. It’s very sad that her employees had to witness her hostile/ignorant attitude."
