"They received my prescriptions on the 22nd/23rd of March. I drove in from Vermont to pick them up the next afternoon to be told they weren't ready yet but they would get started on them and they would contact me when they were ready. I said id run a few errands and be back soon. When I return 2.5 hrs later they still hadnt begun on them...so I did some grocery shopping. At the end of an almost 5 hour s of waiting and they STILL hadnt started on them...I drove home. They said theyed contact me when they were ready for pick up... todays the 25th and still no response from them. Ive now missed a couple of very important doses and im at a loss as to why im receiving such horrible service."
"I only see negative review about Hyvee's pharmacy, but I have only had positive experiences there. It is an EXTREMELY busy pharmacy, but all of the staff handle the craziness with grace, patience, and kindness. I have always been impressed with them and will continue to get my meds through them!"
"Waited an hour 20 min for 1 prescription from convient care..i ask 3x then when they filled they dont even announce so u sit and sit and wait while you are sick. Never again!!! Convient care had immediately sent script over. My suggestion allow people to shop use an intercom to announce script is filled. Just like an oil change at wallmart!!!! 10 people in line...get more help!!! Text message i have not today i guess."
