"I enjoy having this establishment so close I used to travel to Davenport a lot and always stopped at one there. But ours here in Muscatine has terrible customer service. If I get gas I usually do that at the pump but often go into the store. And every time I go in there are multiple people in line which is good the store is getting business but the employees show absolutely no urgency to get us out of there. There will be employees stocking the shelves. Or counting a drawer right behind the counter. I have seen them stand right there and not open another register. I have actually had to put my stuff down because I was heading to work and didn't have 5 minutes to stand in line. Which I have done on more than one occasion. I just think a gas station should have more of an urgency to get their customer out the door we are not there shopping for fun we are more than likely there out of necessity. If things do not change I will take my business across the street. I have complained to the management in the store so maybe this will do something.. I don't like to complain but this has been happening it seems like more all the time."
