"I went to return an item to them that was delivered to me in error. They didn't want it. I explained that I had already received my refund for the item that I didn't receive. They still didn't want it. They were not trained to accept merchandise for the company. Even after I showed them the email from the company that showed them that I was instructed to bring it to the store. They didn't know what to do."

"I visted this store when I flew into Chicago from Texas and not only was the store clean and organized but we were able to check out super fast. I might have been going too fast because I dropped my wallet in the store. The manager Maria and her team acted with the upmost integrity and mailed my wallet back to me after I called. I will definitely be shopping here again when I come back to Chicago. You guys are awesome!!!"
"This locations usually has a good stock of items but could be better organized. Hangers often do not match size of item, which gets frustrating. There is also long wait times for the check out no matter when I come but weekends are sometimes awful!!"
"This Old Navy is pretty well stocked there's ample parking and plenty of other stores nearby. Old Navy is great for throw away clothing. Prices are generally great as you know though the quality is a bit lacking but you get what you pay for. Nice staff at this location"
