"My boyfriend was new to Aldo, and Ronald made him feel so welcomed! Ronald had so much patience & even though the store was closing we did not feel rushed to leave nor did Ronald ever make us feel we had to hurry up and choose. Instead, Ronald actually helped give his opinion on shoes my boyfriend ended up choosing and kept checking up on us every couple minutes just to make sure we were still content. Ronald has shown the best customer service I’ve ever seen & he deserves a raise! People like him attract more people into wanting to buy again from this store!"
"This place is located at the hip mall. And like many places that I visit, there is an outstanding individual. This time his name is Ronald. If and when you go there...ask for him. Believe you me, you will get the attention that you deserve. Other than that, this place has more selection of shoes for the woman versus for the men (why I don't know )....I bought a pair of shoes and some shoe accessories. I will go back, because of the service and attention."
"Horrible customer service. I came in today (06/03/22) around 1:30 PM to return a pair of shoes that I bought two weeks ago. The female sales representative from two weeks ago said that it would be okay to buy two pairs of shoes for my son and return one pair later since I was not sure which pair he would like best and my son was not with me while shopping. He decided to return these shoes. The male sales representative from today said the shoes were worn, had damage on them and he refused to issue a full refund. The representative was very rude to me and completely ruined my day. The only place my son had worn them was in our house just to see if he liked them. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager. The shoes were clearly not worn and whatever damage was on them was before I bought them."
