"Was told I cannot buy 2 weeks worth of groceries in this store and use self-checkout. They are changing the aisles again. Produce was non-existent or just bad. Then got a lecture on how I wasn't using self-checkout correctly. Could have checked me out twice in that time. Goodbye Schnucks"
"I have been shopping at Schnucks for over 20 years. It has been three different stores before this one. They may not always have what you need , although it depends on the day, but everyone is so friendly. You can stop anyone in the store and they will help you find or get what you need. I also have to mention it doesn’t matter how many items I have I always go through the checkout lane and the cashiers are always so friendly even so much that they know me by name. They always say hello, have a great day, drive safe etc. I highly recommend this store to anyone who like being in a friendly environment when they are shopping."
"Ordered a plant to be delivered for a funeral this week. It was not received. I called the floral department. They confirmed that the plant was not delivered and are refunding the money. They gave no reason for the lack of follow through on the service that was paid for. They did not reach out to me to let me know that they were not delivering. If I had not called they would have taken the money and done nothing."
"I'm glad that they're hiring. I truly understand the issue these stores are having. Everyone, for the most part, is kind and professional. The deli counter and pharmacy are a different story. Slow and rude, it isn't just a bad day. Sadly, I'm here at this location weekly for my mother. I now stand in line as she no longer wishes to be disrespected. Update as of 11/21/23, they have placed many people behind the deli counter, the two employees that prepared my order were friendly, and the one man was apparently still being trained. I hope this location continues to improve and listen to their customers. It's Thanksgiving week, but perhaps they should leave a couple more employees there as it seems to be an area of concern."
"Very clean store and friendly associates. The layout is easy to follow and there are a ton of sales. New carts glide real easily and are big or small enough for what you need! The parking lot is also clean and mostly free of stray carts. I've been going to this store for the past year and I'm overall very happy with my shopping experience."
