"The store owner Bhushan was rude and tried to diminish my character. I dropped my son phone off today to have his screen repaired and the phone was inspected and there was no problems. The sign on the door stated the store closes at 7 pm however I received a call from store owner at 6:12 p.m. who stated the phone was ready for pickup and the store was closing so I left Walmart and got back to the store and Bhushan stated the install was a success but as I am looking at the phone I noticed the left side of phone screen is coming up and pointed it out to Bhushan. Bhushan commence to call me crazy repeatedly and tell me I came in the store with an online coupon as if to apply I should not mention the screen not being attached. Bhushan then stated oh the battery has swelling and that is why he could not completely install screen. I informed Brushan there was no water damage to phone - he then told me he could put broken screen back on phone the next day because he was leaving. What a horrible experience, I never been to a store and called crazy and bashed because a coupon popped up while going to their website and I asked to use it. I have been to stores before and had phone repair and was never met with such disrespect. This was my first and last time going to this store."
