"My name is Christina I was living in apt# 91. First I will like to say that the new Manager Mark Gonzalez has no people skills what so ever. He is so rude and disrespectful and is charging me for what he considers braking a contract. We were living their from February 2020 to February 2021. Our contract end on February 2021. We only stayed for 6 days in March after an this guy is trying to tell me that we have broken our contract and we must pay 680.00 plus 275.00. How does this even make any sense. Plus other charges that some i do understand. I honestly believe that the Property Manager and upper management need to look into this."
"Terri is a very professional woman who has helped me since day 1. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure to constantly communicate with me with updates regarding my application. Because of the service she provided for me, I was convinced that I wanted to live in the property. So far, I have not seen anything abnormal and feel comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood and have no complaints."
