"Although I live in Arlington Heights, this place is the nearest CarX from my home. Couple of days ago, my wife found out that there was a glass rumbling sound from the bottom of her car Honda Crv. Since she is very sensitive at sound, she told me to stop at this CarX in order to have her car checked. A few minutes later Mike told me to come inside to have a better look. They already lifted the car in the shop. He kindly explained what caused a noisy sound. He took his time and did not ignore my questions. He made sure it is safe to drive after checking the tires. Then we went back to the office then asked how much I owed for the service. Then Mike said "nothing". What can I say. Mike did his best for me and he asked nothing for the service. I said this CarX will be my designate auto repair place in my entire life. Mike and Kevin are the young men as they appear. But they are honest and sincere. You can leave your cars up to these two pros. If you want to save your time and money on your vehicles, go and see this CarX, Kevin and Mike will take care of your needs. No hassle."
