"After experiencing sub-par customer service at AutoZone down the road to remove/test a car battery (they denied the service saying it was "too complicated" before even attempting), I decided to try Advance Auto Parts down the street. Worked with Alex T who was more than helpful/knowledgeable. He was the only one in the store at the time and managed to remove my car battery for testing, suggested a new fairly priced replacement, installed said new battery and ran a code test for a prior Check Engine Light warning all while being rained on might I add - and still managing to help other customers waiting in line. Was extremely helpful/educational and even recommended his preferred Palatine auto-body shop for future repairs. Big love to Alex T - I am a proud Advance Auto Parts customer for LIFE."
