Papa Johns Pizza

"Both our pizza and our chicken parmesan papa bites were undercooked. Ended up eating uncooked dough many times. I will not be ordering from this location again."

"I Love the Chicken Poppers but the ones at this Papa John's was terrible. They didn't toss the Sauce on the Chicken all the way. The Cheese Sticks were the only thing decent. I usually like Papa John's but not this Location."

"I ordered my food through Uber eats for me to walk in & pick up because I work 3 doors down. I get there, the darker complexion man who spoke Spanish asked me my name, I told him & showed him my phone because it said my order is ready. He never looked & said oh that’s Uber eats 9 minutes & walked away. I wanted to cancel my order but they would have charged me the full amount. However his unsanitary self was touching his phone, touching doors , he even walked to the back of the store with pizza dough on his hands touching stuff & came back to the front slinging pizza dough on his nasty hairy arms. He even wiped sweat off his forehead. Finally my order was ready after waiting longer than expected, I asked for his name he refused & told me don’t come back in the store! That guy was rude & nasty I will never go back."

"Took a hour and 20 minutes for delivery---the original estimate given was 38 minutes. When called was told their system showed 1 1/2 hour estimate and they couldn't explain why online order was different or why it had showed that it was out for delivery for most of that time. Couldn't give an estimate of when it would arrived, but assured by manager would be hot. When finally arrived pizza was warm at best--breadsticks had completely cooled and oil congealed. I'm always willing to give benefit of doubt for traffic, etc. and delivery usually takes an extra 10 minutes beyond estimated time--but disappointed by customer service and response from store."

"I used to order from this location and was always satisfied but recently I started receiving some bad quality pizzas. The other week I ordered a pizza and asked for it to be cut in squares but when it arrived it was cut in triangles and they were very sloppy triangles. Then this week I ordered another thinking alright maybe it was just a one time thing and when the pizza arrived it was the most sloppiest I have ever seen. 1. It was cut in squares on one end and on the other it turned into triangles. 2. It arrived cold. 3. They're "signature sauce" arrived cold. I dont know what happened to this location but its complete garbage and bogus. I suggest buying elsewhere like Coluta's. They're pizza is amazing. Btw I attached pictures of the garbage I received."
