"I'm not sure if this is typical but tonight the people working there had a huge backup and could not make the pizzas fast enough to keep up with the demand. On top of that they were marking the pizzas completed in order to make it look like they were serving the pizzas on time in the computer. People would show up and their Pizza would not even be in the oven yet. The pizzas that they did cook they hand out to the wrong people, and then the people end up coming back and then they're even more behind. I suggest the management review the security footage and notice how there is at least 15 people packed into the store waiting for their pizzas. People were standing waiting for their order for longer than 20 minutes. They did not have anybody up at the front of the store and there was an employee that kept running back and forth between the kitchen and the front of the store which is entirely unsanitary and not food safe. This is the slowest and most unorganized service I have ever seen."
"Horrible service! Had two online pizza orders, went to pick up and only one pizza was ready, they told me a few minutes for the second which was fine. They left my first pizza sitting out on the counter to get cold and when I checked in a few minutes later on my second pizza they said “ they never put your order in so it will be a longer wait” now my first pizza is getting cold and as I informed the cashier that I would also like a new one made as this was their mistake she immediately got an attitude. Very rude little girl with braces who obviously couldn’t even handle being a cashier as she seemed bothered by everyone. As I ask for whoever is in charge to come to the front to resolve the matter, I get some ghetto dirty looking lady who also gets an attitude because I was mad about their mistake, glad I requested a refund! Also the kids in the back making pizza had no gloves and the whole staff was very unprofessional. Very rude and disgusting staff, the owner should be embarrassed."
