"AMAZING DAY!! Great sales, coupons, selection, clean store! Greeted at 12:30pm by a blonde haired woman smiling, welcoming us to the store & asked how we were. She was straightening racks of misses clothes; got the impression she was a manager walking the store, checking on things & took the time to greet us! Encountered her again later & she asked how things were going. Loved it!"
"Had a 10:15 photo appointment, was seen about 5 min late not too bad. However, the 10:30 appointment was able to get their pictures taken, reviewed, and made their photo purchase around 11am. Our photos were not ready until after 11:35. The staff there was pulling up the photos from 3 months ago they had trouble find out photos from our session today. Asked for a manager and was given the ladies personal phone number. Wasn't given a reason why the appointment after ours was finished before us. Staff didn't have much knowledge in what they were doing. Be prepared to wait."
