"Worst service. Deliver wrong products and never able to get ahold of anyone to resolve issues. Try to prevent you from getting out of service agreement. Have to send a certified letter if you have any complaints to get anything resolved."

"They don't run a business. They run a charity subscription. You sign up with them, pay them every month, and from time to time, they send you something. We are paying for 130 pieces. Yesterday, we received 3 pairs, and the week before, we received around 10. Every time you call a manager, they are surprised, like it never happened before, and ask you to give them some time to fix it. Once you give them some time to fix it, you are basically giving them some extra time to charge you for nothing, and then you call in a never-ending cycle of calls... Please, just don't sign up with these guys. Do your homework. There are a lot of companies out there."

"You should be able to leave no stars. I have never left a bad review for a company before. Being a small business owner myself, I don't like to hurt anyone's business. But this is by far the worst business in 37 years I have ever dealt with. We left our small business uniform company several years ago and became stuck in a contract with this company for three years while they raised rates randomly as we were in contract with them for a certain amount of money. It was my job to contact them about every 4 months to let them know we are in contract and our rates were not supposed to raise. Then we often had our clothes and rags greasy and gross when they came back...and that's if they made it back to us. We couldn't leave them fast enough to get back to our old vendor in Joliet. That vendor sold to Aramark the first of this year. I looked immediately for a new vendor. Meanwhile through the transition, again, same problems. They lost our jackets only to sell us new ones because they couldn't find them. We never received all the uniforms that were due to us. The uniforms and rags that make it back to us are oily and dirty. They are about impossible to get a hold of. We are now happily with a new uniform company who takes pride in their business. The old uniforms from Aramark still sit in our shop because Aramark knows we don't want to deal with them anymore. Weeks after contacting them to cancel, I STILL have had no one contact me. I received another bill from them today...even though they never came to our shop. Do not use this vendor if you care about how your uniforms look and if you care about getting them every week; especially, if you don't want to deal with the daily stress of having a vendor that doesn't care about their customers, service or product. They are gobbling up uniform companies when they can't even properly handle what they currently have."
