"I gave it a 1 star because looking thru the window it seems as if they have some nice appliances but I would never know because I called and spoke to a gentleman prior the day of my visit and I was told the place closed at 6pm. I drove over 30 mins (as soon as I got off work) to the Mokena location and I made it there BEFORE 6pm and the place was closed. It had an open signed up so I thought maybe one person and they maybe taking a rest room break, I called the number and sounded like the same gentleman from earlier said I am sorry I just left and yes, you guessed it it was BEFORE 6pm. So, I cannot rate the appliances only the customer service and since I drove for an hour (round trip) for nothing with gas at it’s records high…… I wasted not only gas but my time so thumbs down for customer service. They are not a professional business! Guess, I will never be able to rate items because I will never go back there. I went to American Freight and spent almost $2,000 on the appliance I was looking for and they was open and had a warranty. Guess Too Notch Appliances didn’t need any additional funds that day. SMH….."

"The owner was excellent with working with us. He arrived at the time we agreed to. Helped us set up the washer and dryer and showed us how to clean our dryer hose to prevent a fire. He gave us lots of great tips and didnt leave until everything was tested and working. If you are looking for used appliances at a good price, i suggest you check this business out. You’ll be pleased with his great customer service and kniwledge."
