"The food is always the same. Sometimes the fries are not salted enough and occasionally, out of the 20 times I've been here, the fries aren't fresh, which, at today's prices of almost $3 for a large fry, I might ask them to remake it if it came less than fresh. They are always very nice at the window, and one woman always has the warmest nicest smile. She makes my day."
"Efficient McDonald’s. Two lines, and we move through rapidly. I chose this McDonald’s on this day because they have huge, beautiful trees that shade some of the parking lot. I could be wrong, but it seem like the fillet of fish is smaller than it used to be."
"59 South Waukegan is by far the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to! The staff was nice and professional. The whole atmosphere was just elegant and so clean!!! It is hard to believe as a fast food restaurant, but it is! Look at my pictures! Very well organized. Service was top notch. Thank you, Juanita! I was so impressed. Food was tasty and freshly made."
"This is a beautifully run and wonderfully managed McDonald's. The staff are kind and considerate, very quick, and keep the place clean. As far as McDonald's go this is a great option to visit. The inside has a small (two tables) play place for the kids and the seating is ample in the main area."
"Drive further to go to a different McDonald’s. This one is consistently bad we are 0 for two there. My daughter loves McDonald’s french fries and wouldn’t even eat them this time. They were white and barely cooked at all. They also didn’t give us a toy in the happy meal and Charged us $2.50 to upgrade to a kiddie shake. That’s more expensive than if we bought it outside of the happy meal…pretty sure that’s illegal. Not worth heading back there to get my $10 back, but Im happy to write a review. We tossed the meal and ended up making something at home. My five year old daughter said she never wants to go to McDonald’s again and I had to tell her they’re not all that bad. Although, maybe I shouldn’t have. The national should shut this one down."
