"The reason this restaurant gets two stars is because they never look what the customer orders. They just put whatever they see in the bag. I order a very simple order every time and every time they mess it up. One rodeo burger with mayonnaise before cheesy tots with some bags of ketchup. Every time! I receive a rodeo burger with no mayonnaise and cheesy tots with no ketchup. A very simple order. However, this is my last time coming back to this restaurant because I'm just straight tired of of the laziness"
"I can never get a fresh whopper. One time I asked for one fresh cooked off the conveyer belt. They said yes but when I got it it was the same old Luke warm patty. I will never go here again. Also very unkempt compared to McDonald's"
"Super slow And make sure you check your order because it's gonna be completely wrong.food is cold. Bread was just peeling off and completely the wrong meat which I couldn't eat .so which I find It's wrong that I paid almost eight dollars for some hash browns and a bottle of orange juice"
"Everyone should start paying with monopoly money. I had ordered thru the app to have our food delivered. When the food arrived whoever delivered it forgot a bag at the restaurant. So we called and told them, thier response was we can come and get the food that was forgotten. (Which defeats the whole purpose of having it delivered). So we said no and asked for a refund. The lady told us they can't issue a refund that just offer credit. (I didn't pay in credit why would I want it for next time, let alone even want to go back to this bk again) honestly they need to just shut this one down everytime I order there they always forget something and the food is never fresh. There's not alot of places to choose from in this area but anything is better then this place"
"Drive thru is the only downside of this location. Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The drive thru is a bit rough and you will feel some bumps as you go. Not the employees fault at all but definitely needs to be addressed. Great place to grab a quick meal when you don't feel up to cooking. The Bacon king burger is always great."
