Little Caesars Pizza

"The pizza taste like rubber because it's overcooked, the young man that they have at the register is very rude and it is very disrespectful to women even though all he had to do was say sorry for the inconvenience but no he said I'm going to walk away before she pisses me off. And this is what we have working in our customer service it's just better to pay more for your pizza than to even deal with them."

"When I arrived there was nobody there to attend us via drive-through. After waiting a few minutes I got the attention of an employee and told them I was there to pick up my order. She then began to prepare my order. Shortly after, the manager came out and told me they did not have an item that I ordered and they offered me another item in exchange. I was a bit confused initially and asked for her to explain to me how the exchange would work and she immediately began to respond in a very rude and disrespectful manner. There is absolutely no reason for someone to talk down to a customer when the customer is being nice and non confrontational. This Little Caesars location needs to re-train their management on how to deal with customers because they clearly do not possess the basic human ability to speak to someone without being argumentative. I would not recommend supporting this location until they do something about the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they receive. There are dozens of great locally owned pizza places in the Zion / Lake County area. Support them instead."

"I submitted my order online at 6pm, it was estimated to be done by 7pm, I didn't get the order until 7:40pm. The employee at the register was handling 8 angry customers without counting myself because there was also people waiting since 6pm at the local store. He doing well, the issue was the cooking staff where you can hear them one yelling at the other to stop using the phone to work and other 2 employees taking turns at the restroom while smelling like weed. There was no urgency to get the order for the customers while the cashier had to deal with the customer. At the end even the pizzas were poorly done, it had some raw areas."

"By far the worst experience I’ve encountered in so long. I place an order for pick up at 5 to pick up by 545 I get to this location at 630 after work to find the lobby has been closed and they’re only doing drive through. After 35 mins in line I can’t wait any longer and just leave the line I came bay at 830 at night and there is STILL a line. When I get to the window, I give my name only to be told they didn’t have enough dough to make part of my order. I say it’s fine, I’ll just take the pizzas. After the employee looks she comes back to tell me they NEVER MADE MY PIZZAS BECAUSE PART OF THE ORDER WAS NOT GOING TO BE FILLED! Are you serious?! Not a call to inform me my order was being cancelled, nothing. Customer service here sucks. The last time I was here, they barely had enough supplies to make my order. I WILL NEVER step foot at this establishment ever again."
