"I'm giving a five-star review because I had two good experiences recently here. The pizza was made well, and the person making the pizza noticed that I had requested square cut pizza. There were times at other pizza places where they didn't notice I had requested it, so I appreciate that someone cared to pay attention to the details."
"I eat here all the time I ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni an 1 cheese. The cheese pizza had barely any cheese it was like dry bread also the pepperoni was doughy not fully cooked. My boneless wings were great though. I usually have no complaints but they definitely had a bad night on my expense."
"I didn't get a survey number so I couldn't send this to Pizza H. I just wanted to thank Stephie from Sheridan Road for the amazing work she's been doing. Not only is she respectful but she's also very focused and organized. I came in to pick up my pizza (I was late, so I knew I would have to put my pizza in the oven when I get home.) Stephen told me that my pizza sat on the counter for too long and she'd have to remake my order to give the quality that I deserve to experience from Pizza Hut. :) The pizza turned out delicious thanks to her! ❤️"
"I have ordered from pizza hut multiple times when I have the extra money. The quality of the store I go to has gotten better, but I have gotten to the point where I order and pay for extra sauce as they almost never include it with the breadsticks. The last few times I have done this, I have receive no sauce at all. Not the one that is supposed to come with the breadsticks or the extra cups that now cost $1.19. I'm not terribly upset about 1-2 dollars, but when it comes to ordering for a family and spending around $50 for a meal, I would like to either get what I pay for or not get charged for it. I don't even bother going back to the store for it as that is just a waste of time and gas."
"That’s supposed to be cheese sticks. Check your food before you drive off. My order was burnt, stale and crust was dripping in oil. Will NEVER order from here again. Totally inedible. It was so bad my colleague complained about the rancid smell. Threw this out and went to MCD down the street."
