"Buddy was on his phone while I stood there. Finally acknowledged me after I said something...not a big deal, places get busy, but I instantly regretted my order after watching him go on his phone and then touch ingredients with no gloves on. I was starving so it was too late, but def not going back."

"Ordered pizza earlier this week and it was delicious and cooked precisely how I asked. Order again today and no such luck. My pizza was not cooked well done as I requested and it was cut half way through."

I received five personal-size pizzas in medium-size boxes. Not only did this impact the overall value for money, but it also left me and those who I was serving feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with the experience. I believe that consistency in portion sizes is crucial for customer satisfaction and loyalty. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and take steps to ensure that such discrepancies do not occur in the future."

"Called to order 20 pizzas for a catering gig and the moron on the phone was the worst person I have ever dealt with. I asked "can you help me out with a few questions" and his response was "no, you are either ordering or not" You are in the wrong field boss, but then again you probably can't do anything besides answer the phone anyways. Shame on you and shame on this store for allowing a miserable individual like this to cost you a sale and a future customer. If you are thinking about ordering from this place, dont."

"Called to place an order because my coupon wasn’t going through online. They honored the coupon which was great. The three stars is more about the delivery driver, Carlos. When I placed my order I asked if they could advise the driver to call me when he was here bc we are in the back of the building, the furthest point from the lobby and I am 9 months pregnant. He said he would. The driver called me when he was in the lobby. I asked if he could drive to the back of the building as I gave these directions when I placed the order. He then asked if my address wasn’t correct, i told him it was but that I was in the back and again asked if he could come to the back. He said “im in the lobby now” I told him I understood but if he could drive to the back I would really appreciate it, he cut me off and said “I’m in the lobby okay” and cut the call. Very poor service and I had already tipped him when I placed the order. I very much thought about calling to rescind the tip. Walking to the front cost everyone more time and walking that far trying to hustle isn’t very accommodating when you’re days away from your due date. Not to mention that it was about half an hour late."
