"Really used to enjoy coming here. Food is still fresh but nothing special. All restaurant prices have increased a lot, but I don't think Panera is a good value for the money anymore. Worst thing is the attitude. I've had rude, surly service by staff who act like they're working in the stereotype of a snooty Michelin-star restaurant. The joke is I've been treated much better, in MUCH better restaurants. I don't expect to be catered to, but I do expect basic politeness especially when that's how I'm treating you. Get over yourselves - you're slinging soup and sandwiches."
"Our regular go to place. I love their creamy tomato soup and Mediterranean sandwich combo and that's my anytime comfort food. Recently I have been a great fan of their classic white bread too, these are so soft and just worth the try."

"Clean, my favorite Panera of all regarding atmosphere ... But service ehhhh.... I always order strawberry oatmeal. Last time I paid extra bucks dor extra strawberry and pecans. Any difference. No. I asked the manager is they added extra. She said yes without questioning my satisfaction. Hmmm next time I will order both separatetly and show here the difference. Maybe they get more stars :) I had the same in Libertyville (extras) and they are always generous."
