"Came into this Starbucks because I was visiting the mall for my birthday and it was nearby . I had a birthday reward for a free drink and when I went to scan it they stated it was not showing up . I showed them the reward on my app and asked if they could still acknowledge it however they stated they could not due to inventory . I’m in food management as well so I understand but also what happened to taking care of the customers ? No apology or have a good day .Well thanks guys and happy birthday to me ."

"One of the worst iced caramel coffee. It was all milk and caramel was just dumped at the bottom of the glass with no taste of coffee. There is always so long queue that u wont even feel like going and sharing ur feedback. Will never visit this again."
