"So this place has a nice vibe (to match the beautiful hotel grounds) and is very CLEAN...like other reviews this is for all intents & purposes a Starbucks. Yes they "proudly serve Starbucks" but they go well beyond that: they use Starbucks equipment, have Starbucks-named drinks and offerings and use their signage and logos. Calling itself something else is deceptive to anyone looking for a coffee shop other than Starbucks. Hence the lower rating."
"This is literally just a Starbucks. A very fancy Starbucks in a very fancy hotel with a very fancy name but if you are trying to find a non-chain coffee place, this is not that. Still good though!"
