"Lady didn't speak English, got flustered with ME because she couldn't understand. Someone else needs to be taking orders. I don't get paid to use the kiosk. My food wasn't made as ordered either. Wonder why???"
"Super frustrating. Do not Place orders through the app for curbside pickup. I waited for 14 minutes before I called them and they said I should have went through drive-thru. What's the point of having curbside pickup if they're not going to bring the food out. They said the system doesn't notify them that I'm here. I disagree. all the other locations I don't have an issue with it. So frustrating. Please get it together."
"This place was awful… I literally went through the drive thru just to get a smoothie and I was verbally harassed by the employee in the drive thru. All I said was hello multiple times because they had me waiting for several minutes and no one had said anything over the intercom. After saying hello for a third time the employee rudely told me to “wait a damn minute” and she was extremely rude and aggressive with her tone of voice. I told her I was just saying hello because I didn’t know if they could hear me or not and if she’s busy that’s all she had to say. She proceeded to tell me mother was a b word and she was super ghetto and rude. She needs customer service training asap or should lose her job with that behavior. I will not be back."
"A senior Spanish speaking lady works here who loves her jobs and MC Donald She , not only take care of customers and is bilingual but also encourages them to write reviews and provide feed back She is so grateful that McDonald has given her this job after her illness and her doctors advise of not doing any hard labor works"
