"Came to this location and the employees were so clueless about the menu when I was ordering. Had to open the Dunkin app and show them the drink I wanted because they had no clue what was going on."
"I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4. For one everyone has bad days or moments. I shouldn't judge a whole business over 1 incident. I didn't come for a long time for myself but would bite my tongue and go in to get coffee and food for a local homeless lady that stays near here. (Everyone should be kind and helpful because we could all be in her shoes at any time) but today I was a little late and when I pulled in, she was being cared for by the employees there. It warmed my heart. I pray that God blesses those ladies and that business for helping her. I will give my business to any who help the less fortunate. Duncan you have an outstanding crew at this location and should be very proud. I know most of the food given is stuff they're about to throw out and that part doesn't matter. I know this because I was once in her shoes. We appreciate any and all food. Anyway this business deserves recognition. A huge thank you! Maria"
"The latina woman behind counter at 347 p.m I believe her last name is Cruz. I'm not sure she had no name tag at all. But that's not my point. She touched the inside of my bag with her bare hands and had an attitude when I asked her to put on gloves!! I asked in the nicest way! People shouldnt be mad when you ask them to do their job properly! If your not supposed to use the gloves then why are they there!?"
"Love this Dunkin Donuts !! Always fast !! Great customer service!! Adrian goes above and beyond to make sure our coffee is made just the way we like he is always smiling and makes sure to ask how we're doing !! He is a great asset to the company and we look forward to seeing him !!"
