"We live in East Texas. Came there to my son’s military graduation. We went to Dunkin Donuts at 5:30am and ordered donuts .????? Cold hard stale and 10 times the cost of where we live. .20 a donuts fresh made daily warm and soft and outstanding service. What a waste of time and money. Whats the big hupe about Dunkin? Its terrible! Even Krispy Kreme runs circles around Dunkin."
"You used to get a free drink on your birthday in the app. Now you get a whopping 3x points. Big deal. You used to need 200 points for a drink now it's almost 1,000 points. 30 or 50 x would be better."
"The service is decent at this location. The one complaint I do have is, they NEVER answer their phone. I usually call to see if my favorite flavor is being served. (Butter Pecan). So, I have to actually call several locations to find out if they are or not."
"The store hours start at 5:00 AM. I arrived at 5:10 AM, and waiting in line as the first customer until 5:20 AM. I pulled to the window to see if the were open. The worker looked at me several times and just sat there. She never approched the window to say anything. I understand that sometimes things prevent the stores from opening on time, but that is not an excuse to poor customer service. I simple, "we are running a little behind" would go a long way. I ended up leaving without my coffee."
