"When I went to this starbucks, I had ordered a medium drink with no ice and when I was served, they handed me a cup that was half filled and room temperature. When I had asked why they did this they said it was just how it was done."

"Warning: no WiFi at this location. The WiFi hasn’t worked here for months and they don’t care or have any plans to fix it. They just casually tell me “yeah it doesn’t work” when asked… I had this issue in September but I went back assumed they’d have fixed it after 4 months, nope. It’s too bad because this is the only location around open until 10:00, but I can’t get any work done here since they don’t have WiFi. Also never fun to buy a drink just to discover I can’t even study here."
