"Went in just before 11:30 am on a weekday to grab a half dozen donuts. They were out of just about everything. Woman was annoyed with me that they didn’t have the donuts I, the customer, came in for! Got them back to my family only to find out they were stale. Not like half day old stale but like 2 day old stale. Frosting literally crumbled off. Extremely disappointed, they ought to give me a refund. Will not be back to this location and suggest you steer clear."
"This morning I went to get my coffee on DD located on busse rd and mark st. Bensenville. The employee was on the counter without shoes while they were giving me my order. She got off and didn’t clean the area. Here’s an image."
"The employee there is not professional; he refused to accept my free drink coupon from the DD app. his unkempt appearance and refusal to accept the complimentary drink made for a less than pleasant encounter. I won't come back here because of the poor service."
"Don't go here for latte. I ordered their medium size latte and it was horrible. I asked them the second time I was there how many shots they put in and they said 1. At other locations, they all said they put 2 in their medium size latte. I told them this and they insisted all Dunkin put only 1 in medium. Well, that's a lie because I can tell by the taste."
