This was extremely helpful as I feel often times, the staff can't seem to be able to do anything if the app isn't working! She was also very friendly and had my drink ready quickly. I understand we all have bad days etc. but she had an nonchalant attitude and didn't give me my food in my hand etc. and didn't ask if I wanted my cookie warm. I still said thank you but no reply. But I guess everyone deserves a second chance but better customer service is needed."
