"I've been to this Starbucks location numerous times. The baristas here are fairly quick and most are friendly compared to other Starbucks in the area. I usually just get a hot black coffee and maybe some kind of pastry. My most recent visit I got a cappuccino with skim milk and a chocolate croissant warmed. The cappuccino hit the spot. It was delicious and foamy, and the croissant satisfied my craving for chocolate. This was an excellent pairing on a cold day! However, I think they need to do some updating of the tables and chairs and seating areas."

"They had a promotion for a drink ordered before 6pm, I ordered through the drive through. When I get to pay they were charging me double. I asked what about the promotion I ordered before 6pm, the barista tells me it ended. Well I said I ordered before 6pm and she says you have to pay to get the promotion before 6pm, well how do you pay at a drive through before you get to the window. Common sense does not apply in this situation."

"First off, their wifi actually doesn’t work. Then they take forever to give a drink, like twenty minutes for a tall drink is crazy, do you not know how to make a drink?? It literally your job. Their service is so rude, they took 5 minutes to finally take our order and then gave us rude tone and yelled at us saying “ Are you gonna order or not” I will order once you finally come and take it. I then come back later but through the drive through and they did the same thing except I was in the drive through for around 15 minutes. Every car in-front of us left because no one was coming to take their order. Then we got to the ordering screen and he came five minutes later and had attitude like its my fault I didn’t order yet. He was being so rude we ordered the drink and he said “ ARE YOU GONNA ORDER OR NOT” , as if I didn’t just order. We then asked for a estimate on how long the drink will take and he yelled at us saying “I CANT GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER! “ I’m not understanding how this guy can be mad at me because he doesn’t like his job. How can you even be hired if you don’t know how to talk normal. I wouldn’t even give this place one star."

"When I want to enjoy coffee I don't only look for a place that makes good coffee, I look for a place I feel comfortable sitting at, a place where a friendly service and good coffee are combined, which is why I love coming to this branch. Not only because it's closer to my home, but because of all the qualities I mentioned above. I will continue to call this branch of starbucks my favorite one, and when I go to others due to location or other reasons, I don't feel at home.. Visit this branch you won't regret it."
