"Will not be returning to this establishment, at this location, again. Felt extremely frustrated and ashamed. The staff was rude and when asked to give a refund on a item-refused! Had to ask to get the rest of my order, a plastic bag (which they said was too big), and a cup holder for the beverages. I was carrying 2 beverages, a box of donuts and hashbrowns to my car!"
"This store has been great since it opened. Today I ordered a coffee and 2 hot chocolate on way to work and as soon as I left the parking lot my coffee spilled. Went back 30 min later and they were nice enough to replace it. The store is super clean always and the staff are polite and easy to speak to. Highly recommend"
"0-2 for the new building. My fiancée ran out and grabbed me what was supposed to be a large, black cold brew. Ended up getting this transparent, watered down trash. They knew exactly what they were pouring into that cup, and still charged about $6 for it. Ice cream selection is garbage. I'll just keep taking the extra trip to a different Dunkin. They've lost my business."
