Papa Johns Pizza

"I regret to say that our recent experience ordering pizza through the app was extremely disappointing. Despite placing the order at 4:30 pm and receiving a notification at 5:30 pm that it was ready for pickup, we encountered numerous delays upon arrival. Initially informed of a technical issue with the app, we were assured the pizza would be prepared shortly. However, after multiple inquiries and reassurances of imminent readiness, the pizza did not materialize until 6:35 pm, a two hour and five minutes later than expected. Upon receipt, we found the pizza and wings to be disappointingly cold, indicating they had likely been left sitting out for an extended period. This prolonged wait and subpar quality significantly inconvenienced us, as we had guests waiting at home for over two hours. Additionally, the lack of accountability and dismissive response from the staff further compounded our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, based on this experience, we cannot recommend ordering from this establishment."

"All the other reviewers are right. We scheduled a pizza order Way in advance and they made us wait forever. To top it off,they got the order wrong, realized only after I was home. Can't get any more incompetent than this. Terrible place."

"First of the owners dosent care how this place is going. If he did, he would look at the comments left by the people on here. I used to work for this company. 1st, they are always short on staff. 2nd The employees need training on how to deal with customers better. 3rd They are short on staff because the owner trying to save money. Which hurts business more because nothing gets done. 4th The drivers they hire are the brightest . The people who take orders need to ask for more information so the drivers can accomplish their delivery better. This place can be awesome. But it all starts with the owner. He is too busy making money on school orders and rock an jump. The truth hurts, but that is what the evidence is showing on here."

"2/3 of order ready 10 minutes early. Last 1/3 took another 25 minutes! When I got home 2/3 was Luke warm at best after traveling in my insulated carrier. They would have shorted me on blue cheese for wings if I didn't check before I left. Their industrial warmers are useless if an order has to wait 5 minutes!"

"Worst experience from Papa Johns Buffalo Grove. Had bad experience for the first time and I tried again from same store to give it a chance and it was more worse than before. Not sure if I’m unlucky or this store is not right. Never had such experience before from any other Papa Johns store. Pizza was all burnt and we had to throw it away. I’m approx 11 mile away from the store else I would have threw it in store."
