"Went to the counter and ordered a fruit green tea with crystal (white) boba. It was rung up as regular tapioca pearls so I confirmed with her that it would be given to me with white boba twice. She assured me that the drink would be made with white boba. But sure enough, when I received my drink it was given to me with regular tapioca pearls. I went up to the counter and told them I had ordered white boba. They told me they could not remake it for me unless I paid for another drink. I asked if they could please remake it because I attempted to confirm my order multiple times. To no avail. I didn’t want to pay for another drink so I just took it. The tapioca pearls were overcooked and practically mush. Tea was okay but not amazing. Very syrupy as others have said. Not from the area and will not be back next time I visit."
"Got honeydew milk tea. Tastes bitter, then dry like a wine and finally cough syrup. Was disgusted by a drink I typically love. Friend got a strawberry Smoothie that ended up alright though. Guess it's hit or miss. :("
"They did not have regular tapioca pearls available at the time of my purchase however the thoughtful worker here gave me a sample of their white boba and it was really helpful to make a slightly different choice. I ended up getting a raspberry flavored smoothie with the white boba and while I thought it was a bit on the sweet side, it really hit the spot and the flavor was great! Overall great experience!"
"Delicious drinks! The service was fast and the people working there are very nice. They have so many flavors to choose from! I recommend giving this place a try if you're a fan of Boba tea!"
"Personally I wasn’t happy with my experience, there was only 1 worker so I realized I had to be patient. After 20 minutes with only 1 other person I got annoyed. When I got the boba it wasn’t fully mixed and I only got 1/2 a scoop of boba.Terribly disappointed with my service. Although it was a clean environment and polite service. I was sad to spend 7$ on Boba that was not enjoyable. I went with a group of about 25 people and we all visited by poppers at least once while we were there, many people said the boba had tasted “unauthentic” and “Plasticity” said many. This was my first experience personally trying boba and I still am disappointed and displeased with the service and boba."
