"Worst nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream I've ever had. Bought 2 and there was not enough cream and it tasted awful."

"I had ordered 2 pink drinks, no ice and four different food items. i came and ordered this through the drive thru and received a completely different order. i went inside and the lady was very nice about remaking my order. waited five minutes and got my food and received my two pink drinks both with ice, and with almost no coconut milk in either. i asked to have this fixed and got an attitude back from the employee making them. one drink was still not fixed and was all curdled and gross. starbucks please do better. i was as nice as possible throughout this and still did not get my issue resolved. unfortunately this is my closest starbucks so i have no other options. please fix this starbucks."

"I’ve seen Starbucks recognize peoples birthdays before.. So I was a little disappointed when I placed an order online for pick up with my birthday discount and nobody realized or wrote happy birthday on my order. It’s not the end of the world and I’m not trying to sound selfish but that’s normally what I’ve seen Starbucks employees do. I think recognizing costumers birthdays would make this store a much more fun environment. That’s what Starbucks should be about. there is a new Starbucks in the Joliet area now so maybe I’ll give that one a try next time."

"The service inside is always friendly and I've had good luck with getting correct orders in a timely fashion. Sometimes there are mistakes, but I realize they are serving a mass amount of orders and those things happen, when they have made a mistake or takin longer, I feel they always take the proper steps to make it right. I have no complaints about the service of staff friendliness in the store. HOWEVER I have been frequenting this location for over a year now(2-3 times /week), and I have one MAJOR complaint. PARKING. As anyone who has visited here knows, the parking lot was designed by a blind mute who's never seen a car, and wishes to damage as much personal property as possible. There are 8 "Front row" spots that are ALWAYS taken. Today while visiting and waiting for my order, I noticed 7 out of the 8 spots were occupied, and to my surprise I was the only one in the store. I quickly did a headcount of employees working, and yep 7 people were behind the counter. Are the employees permitted to park in the PRIME spots that are all adjacent to the store? This seems ridiculous, I noted all the cars make/colors that were there today and will be checking in my return visits to verify. There is ample parking available on the FAR side of the building, but it is often blocked in due to people not properly stacking the drive through line, it seems that the employees should be required to park over there as they are not under a particular time crunch. people often PARK right in front of the store, which backs up the drive through line, and prevents people from entering because they are no spots easily access able. Why doesn't this Starbucks have parking spots marked for mobile orders? Rest assured I will be repeating these comments/reviews until the situation is rectified. Thank you"

"Starbucks on Jefferson has to be the most lousy location I've ever gone to. The workers really hate their job and act as if paying customers are requesting too much when wanting their drinks made correctly. I only go to this location because it's 5 minutes from my house but no more. I'm so tired of asking for my drinks to be remade and be given attitude. Emily, the manager, was kind enough to remake my drink and give me a gift card but that does not stop the baristas' from not doing their job. I had to stop going for a while due to the service. Us customers spend a great deal of money on drinks and pastery items just to receive well below average service. Also, the tables and trash area is always dirty and the wait time is ridiculous, even when placing a mobile order. Something needs to be done expeditiously."
