"Every time I go to this specific McDonald's, It's a challenge and a game. Am I going to receive what I purchased and do I bother to review the receipt before I leave. last night was my last time shopping there. I think over the months, I've missed probably $30 worth of food that they omit from the orders. If this happened to me at my job I wouldn't be working there. Something McDonald's could learn from Culver's, check receipts to make sure what you have in bag is correct"

"I ordered a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and mayo. Also a 6 pc happy meal. The double cheeseburger had a ton of onions on it so I go back to get it fixed. No problem. The manager takes all the food and throws it away. They remake my burger the way I wanted. And give me a fresh happy meal as the other was cold from leaving and then having to come back. They forgot the BBQ sauce. I should have kept the one from my first happy meal. Also seemed mildly bothered that they had to fix the problem."

"I started coming here after the McDonald’s on Roosevelt and county farm shut down, and this is like the 4th time the same kid messed up and gave me the wrong drink and breakfast sandwich. Even after him asking me what did I order… I gave this kid some grace the first 4 times but I’m honestly just annoyed. He always looks so frazzled"

"McDonalds HQ Restaurant was a wonderful experience. I brought my daughter and her friend age 10 to see the headquarters and experience international foods from McDonalds. They were literally “lovin it” Take the time visit and enjoy. The staff was awesome!"
