"I mobile order here every morning, when i walk in all the employees greet me with my name and i’m in and out in less then a minute i have seen every employee day and night and they are all polite and the quality doesn’t change, I even forget to press order on my drink one day and one of the employees asked me why i didn’t order my drink. Overall best dunkin ever and best service ever"
"Didn’t receive a good customer service. Order dozen donuts with different flavors but only had four different flavors in the pack. Orders egg and cheese wake-up wrap and got one with meat in it. When I asked to get it fixed, ended up getting an attitude from the team."
