"Do NOT get your vehicle towed by them!! They damaged my car by letting the front end smack the ground while unloading my car from the tow truck. I’ve tried to contact the owner but he’s always “busy” according to whoever answers the phone. $125 should ensure my car gets from a to b safety but apparently not."

"My husband locked his keys in his truck and one of Brad's employees was here in less than 30 minutes even though we told them it wasn't an urgent situation. They tried to contact one of their employees who was already out on a call in order to save us some money as well. They were prompt and professional and according to the reviews of locksmiths in the Marion and Carbondale areas Brad's saved us about $150 by using them. We have also used their towing services in the past and their rates are reasonable and again they were always prompt."

"This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. The prices were more than reasonable. I was also very excited to see not only did they fix my car, they washed it & vacuumed out the inside. Very thoughtful! My car looks great on the inside & outside & you can't beat the price they gave. I highly recommend Brads collision works."
