"I recently visited Popeyes and unfortunately, my experience with their service left much to be desired. I would rate it two stars out of five. Firstly, the wait time was quite lengthy. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of me, it took an unusually long time for my order to be taken and processed. This lack of efficiency was frustrating and made the overall experience feel slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. There was a notable lack of friendliness and warmth in their interactions with customers. The employees appeared to be going through the motions without much care or attention to customer satisfaction. This lack of attentive service made me feel unimportant as a customer and contributed to my disappointment. The accuracy of my order was subpar. I specifically requested certain modifications to my meal, but unfortunately, these requests were not met. This lack of attention to detail is a significant drawback, as it negatively impacted my overall dining experience and left me feeling unsatisfied. Lastly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to par. The dining area appeared unkempt, with dirty tables and floors. This lack of cleanliness not only detracted from the overall atmosphere but also raised concerns about the adherence to hygiene standards. Overall my experience with the service at Popeyes was underwhelming, leading me to give it a two-star rating. The lengthy wait time, disinterested staff, inaccurate order, and lack of cleanliness were all contributing factors to my disappointment. I hope that the management takes these aspects into consideration and makes improvements to provide a better customer experience in the future."

"This place has went so far down hill it’s sad. For years this was a weekly staple for my family. Over the past 3/4 years the wait has gotten longer and the service more and more terrible. Todays visit threw it over the top my wife placed an order online and showed up about 20 minutes later we then were told the food was almost ready to please pull to a spot. We waited for over 60 minutes and didn’t see a single car get their food. Over than hour another 7-8 cars pull into spots and never receive their food. Not sure if the cars that left from the window got their food or just decided not to pay and left. During this time we witnessed several employees screaming on their phones while walking around in the parking lot then going back in to come out a few minutes later and resume screaming. We decided that the food wasn’t worth waiting anymore. It’s seriously disappointing that we can’t go here anymore we took our whole wedding party here on our wedding day and had been going on our anniversary for years."

"The food was great as always. Service was backed up, not enough employees. Help wanted signs was displayed. Employees were super busy. Customers were understanding except for a few Karen's/Ken's. People need to go back to work instead of holding their hands out and taking from the ones working. Please be understanding when going on to eat."
