"When we had trouble placing the order online due to their site having issues, we called to place the order over the phone instead. The boy over the phone pretended he was the manager and then hung up on us. We then called back and spoke to the real manager a woman who was suprised that anyone claimed to be her. We chose not to eat there. The woman was nice but it was so unprofessional and weird and we were an inconvenience for making an order. 10/10 don't reccomend this location"

"One star is 3 stars more than this place deserves. I placed an order online and the idiots at this store changed my delivery order to a carry out order. When I called I was forwarded to an out of state customer service rep who had trouble finding my order. Then transferred me back to the store where they apologized and told me they were changing it to a delivery order just to wait another hour. So 90 more minutes later I called back, was forwarded to another out of state customer service rep who told me the POS at the store cancelled my order and placed "customer changed mind" under the reason field. I last ordered in March because they had such terrible quality to the food but I thought after time maybe things were better but I was clearly wrong. How in the world is this place still in business? Oh yeah. Because when they cancelled the order they didn't issue a refund until I asked for it."

"Alton, IL Pizza Hut is consistently a positive experience. Pick up time is always quick and food is always yummy! Staff members are friendly when you go in to pick up. My favorite pizza place in town. Wish they still had an eat in location!"

"I ordered a supreme & a meat lovers pizza and when we picked it up, they were both cheese only. I called back to the store and was forwarded to someone in Pittsburg, PA who told me that I didn't check which items that I wanted, then hung up on me. I contacted Pizza Hut's regional manager and area manager and got no response from them. There are too many other pizza places around to deal with this place. Never again!"

"Between tip, two pizzas and wings spent 98$. Needless to say it will by the last time I eat at this location. The stuffed crust pizza is totally trash now. Paper plates are thicker than their crust now. Pay all the money for extra topping to get next to none. Four different flavor of wings and a McDonalds sauce pack probably had more sauce than them the wings. And, where do they deliver? Terrible. I’ll stick with Papa Johns or a Casey’s pie. Hope this location closes too. Also, what happened to the Alfredo sauce? To much work?"
