"Update 01/20/20. I visited the store after work and ordered Nacho Bell Grande with no beans. What I received was extremely disappointing. As the picture shows there was very little meat and the dish appeared to be thrown together. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until I arrived home at approximate 11:30p.m. Needless to say, I was not going back out in 19 degree weather. So the following day, armed with a my receipt and a picture of my meal, I returned to the restaurant. I was initially meet by a young lady, who appeared indifferent to my poor customer experience. Sensing my frustration she advised her manager. The manger did not even address or approach me, she instructed the young lady to have Sarah another employee to address the issue. Now, first of all I'm very familiar with Sarah. She has excellent customer service over the years. She is always polite, either in the drive-thru or at the counter. Sarah immediately and pleasantly addressed the issue. I was given a new meal with a smile. Sarah would be a credit to any company where she worked. Sarah gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The first employee and the manager get ⭐. I will change my original rating from four stars to three stars. End of update. The service was fast and the food was delicious. The young lady working the drive-thru was very polite."

"Walked into this Taco Bell & was never greeted by any employee. Ordered on a tablet, because the staff wasn’t at the registers. Our food came quickly. We got it to-go. We ordered a lot too and our order was correct. It was good too. They didn’t forget anything. Just a smile or a “Hello” would be nice next time!"
