"Very short staffed, I usually put in my mobile order before leaving my house to grab coffee on my way to work (at 3pm on Saturdays) and I usually end up waiting in line for 20 minutes… all of two workers always seem to be “medicated” and the quality of the coffee and food varies on the day. Additionally this locations prices are much higher than other locations… not sure what that’s all about…"
"I miss the OG morning crew. They knew my drink and made it fresh and right every morning. I don’t know what’s happened but is haven’t gotten the correct drink all week now. Brutal when you get used to a good routine."
"Horrible service I order my coffee and when the girl in the drive thru gave it to the Lid was not put right it came off and the hot coffee splash all over my hand burning me bad! And I looked at the girl and said did you not see the lid was not put right and she LAUGH , she didn’t even try to apologize , I don’t think this funny ! My hand a Ref from the coffee burn!!! This behavior is not acceptable"
"At the speaker, after ordering 2 drinks the order taker says "ok pull up" that's immediately a red flag because what if we had more than 2 drinks? Just shows they aren't good and thorough at their job and sure enough it was foreshadowing what was to come. At the window my turtle cappuccino blast with no whip cream became a caramel only cappuccino blast with whip cream. Are these workers retarded? I'll try mandarin next time at the window."
