"Do not wast your time going here! I’ve been here multiple times, just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt cause they might of been short handed or something, but each time the order has been wrong. I called each time to let them know it’s wrong, you get the same old song and dance. There are other Dunkin’s in the area to go to and get proper service. DO BETTER Shorewood!"

"Great to finally have the shorewood location open. Drive through is usually efficient although they can do better with moving people over that have orders that take a long time rather than backing up the entire line. Coffee is always good and fresh!"
"I love how they made the sandwich. Very nice placed. I was in the drive through and I added green tea to my refresher and the girl in the drive through asked if I needed any more flavor for it and I was like nice it does and was offering to add it in. Very nice ladies and very professional as well. 10/10 experience. I’ll be coming here more often!"
