"The Store never opens on time I’m trying to buy shoes for my son before I go to work and your employee is in the store but she won’t allow people to go in . This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to us as customers. The time is now 9:16 am and the store suppose to open at 9am."
"NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just put 5 stars so this could be seen. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online to pick up at the store. When I got to the store they tell me that one of the shoes got cancelled. The reason they were cancelled is because someone in the store brought them before I placed my order. If that was the case the order shouldn’t have went through. I feel that they lied to me and gave my shoes away knowing that it was already paid for. Then they tell me that I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my funds back on my card when it took them 5 seconds to take the funds. It’s around the holidays and people work hard for their money. It’s a big inconvenience that could have been avoided. You need better help and a better system!"
"Everyone in the store should be fired. I knew what shoe I wanted when I made it in the store and it still took the worker 15 minutes to find it. When he found it he just came and sat it on the counter and walked away. The female clerk with red hair who was ringing people out walked off soon as I walked to the counter to collect my shoes and didn’t come back for 5 minutes so I was standing there with no assistance. I will never go back to that store again."
"Customer service is horrible!! I needed help while buying shoes for my kid and the skinny, dark skinned short guy with dreads kept talking about how he was ready to go and just pounting like a kid. He cussed this lady out so bad because she returned some shoes.. i immediately dropped everything and let because that was ridiculous and the customer lady was very nice, and patience.. just because it's in the hood doesn't mean it has to show.. and lets not forget about that security guard that's half sleep.."
