"It doesn't look like the outlet of a fancy department store. It reminded me of Ross or Dress for Less, in the way items were just hanging there in a random fashion. I tried the shoes section, but even though sizes are listed on the top of the shelves, it was a total mix of sizes. If you have a lot of time to spend and try and find something, it might work. Don't expect a Nordstrom style experience."

"Poor customer service. Received a Christmas gift that didn't fit tried to return/exchange without a receipt was told I couldn't do so. Asked to step to the side in the middle of trying to figure it out with the cashier so she could help other people in line even though she wasn't done helping me, & there was only ONE other customer & at least FOUR people checking out customers. So then I went online and looked at the policy and turned out there was other ways to get a return not just a receipt & it wasn't until I looked up the policy myself and called back that they even offered to help me."
