"I am a very disappointed customer, i used to love express and their materials, I bought this sweater 7 days ago with another 10 pieces, when i got home i realized that it had odder on it and i washed it and this is literally how it looks like after the first wash , I went to the galleria store and the workers their are very rude literally the dollar tree workers are more professional than them , they yelled at me and said the policy says that i can not return it , now i hate express and don’t think their materials are good like i thought , I don’t know how a brand sweater looks like this after the first wash , and i swear i did not even wear it once"

"The people here are horrible and SO unprofessional!! They smoke in front of the registers blowing the smoke in customers faces!!! Since when are employees are allowed to smoke in front of the registers in the open store… disgusting people the manger was with them too making it okay?? Each and every single one of them is lazy and don’t want to work. I asked for a pair of jeans on the mannequin and an employee told me to go find them myself and pointed me in the wrong direction. These people here are rude, lazy, and SO unprofessional."

"Terrible experience. We had to hunt down a salesperson. My husband finally found an older woman with colored hair. He asked her for help finding and fitting our son for a suit. She said we don't do that here and walked away. My husband doesn't normally get mad, but he walked over and said I won't be spending a dime here and said she was incredibly rude to him. Really? What is your job if you don't help people find proper fit and style? We left and thankfully found a wonderful salesman at Macy's. Fully fitted...and $600 worth of merchandise...and very happy! Will never step foot in Express at Galleria again. You should head over to the suit department at Macy's to hire someone that understands good customer service."
