"Customer service is wack. One of the workers ran behind me like I was stealing lmbo. I started to say sweetie I make your monthly income in one week. I just didn’t want to be ignorant. They stand around on their phones. Talking loud and inappropriate instead of helping."

"It’s ok, they have a variety of clothes for teenagers, very casual and cute. Prices are not bad."

"I remember when forever 21 first came to Missouri many years ago. I shopped at every location they had including the Midrivers and Chesterfield stores love the store I just don't like the atmosphere so many rude and unconcerned employees, racks are usually a wreck making it hard to shop defeating the purpose, employee's are not there for the right reasons they don't greet you, or offer eager assistance. They still have cute clothes although their style of clothing has slightly changed. Forever 21 is truly going down hill fast, no matter which store you shop at you pretty much see the same thing, which is poor management, disorganization, racks that are a mess, lazy rude employees. The only positive change is that they've eliminated their exchange policy only, you are now able to get a refund if you would like."

"Great staff, clean atmosphere, and nice jewelry! I’m disappointed that all they seem to have available are sizes extra small to medium. I would shop there more if they carried normal sizes, but alas, I cannot give this location a bad review because it is not their fault for this. It seems that all Forever 21s carry very small sizes, but at least their jewelry, hair, and makeup accessories are cute and reasonably priced!"

"The lady at the register was extremely rude. Forever 21 I'll never shop at your store again! Forever 21 doesn't seem to value returns, only exchanges & store credit. That is just doing wrong by your customers just to make a profit, you should be ashamed of yourselves."
